Parallax is a playful, open shade structure with a twist.
The second annual K-Days Design Competition (2024), hosted collaboratively between MADE and Explore Edmonton, was themed Throwing Shade.
Next Architecture's entry - Parallax - won the competition. Entuitive provided structural consultation, Love Alberta Forests provided the wood, and Onetwosix Design were brought on as fabricators to see the project realized.
