Providing an adequately dense development while maintaining the level of green space in the established and mature community of Spruce Avenue was a major consideration in the genesis of this horseshoe courtyard scheme. We understand that one of the major concerns for infill development in established communities is the lack of green space that some new developments house; in order to mitigate this concern, green roofs, rooftop patios and the large shared courtyard were designed to accommodate planting and other desirable green spaces.
