Senior Architectural Technologist - Edmonton, AB
We’re looking for a production powerhouse.
A passionate team player and leader in digital 3D modeling. A technologist talented in all aspects of the project management and execution of high quality design details within data-centric, digital workflows, and carrying projects through construction.
This position is based out of our downtown studio in Edmonton, AB.

Apply with evidence you meet the following mandatory pre-qualification criteria:
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.
University degree in Architecture or Building Science, and/or minimum 2-year Architectural Technology Diploma.
10-15 years of Canadian experience with a mix of Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Heritage, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use projects.
Demonstrated ability to work hands-on, using collaborative digital workflows (3D deliverables within Revit, and BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud).
In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to:
Be a team player by efficiently managing projects, appropriately leading teams, and effectively mentoring colleagues.
Translate design intent to construction models with a high level of precision, including production of construction detailing, coordination of consultants, and milestone model reviews.
Fluently speak the technical language required to successfully navigate projects through the various requirements set out by clients, collaborators, applicable codes, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Conduct highly efficient and effective construction contract administration.
Assist clients and colleagues in a transition away from 2D content/deliverables and towards 3D and digital fabrication (dFAB).
Use lean principles and critical thinking that challenges established practices to solve problems, drive action and expedite appropriate results.
Plan, organize, and prioritize time and communicate effectively.
