Built in 1903, the Dominion Hotel was the most ornate hotel on Whyte Avenue during its time. Recognized as a Registered Historic Resource by the Province in 1976, the building was damaged by fire in the early 1980’s and largely reconstructed behind the historic facade.

NEXT was appointed to revitalize the building to create new office space, a second floor restaurant and reconfigure the entry and primary circulation to improve access and leasable area.
